Epoxy is specified when the crack itself compromises the wall and the goal is restoring monolithic strength — not just keeping water out.

The slow way — because full-depth fill is the whole point.
Crack width, pattern, moisture and cause. If we see movement or bowing, we say so before selling anything.

Cold basements slow epoxy cure — in winter we select cure profiles rated for the wall temperature, not the air temperature, and confirm cure before finishing. Spring is the highest-risk season for choosing epoxy badly: cracks that look dry in August wick moisture in March, which is why our assessment checks seasonal moisture history, not just the crack’s condition on the day.
